Boland Solutions, LLC — Engineering consultation and iPhone apps.
Independent, hands-on help with connected systems and small-team engineering work: scoping, specifying, integrating, and maintaining. Alongside, a small set of iPhone apps that stay on your device.
What I help with:
Smart-Home Consulting
Planning and setting up connected devices for homes — picking components, laying out scenes, and keeping it all running without a vendor app in the loop.
iPhone Apps
Small, focused apps that keep your data on your own device. See the apps below.
Apps for iPhone:
SpamOver
Block area codes and robocalls.
Pattern-based call blocking with wildcards, plus an optional feed of numbers reported to the FTC. No account; rules stay on your iPhone.
StreamRemote
One remote for TV and streaming box.
Local-network remote for Samsung TVs, Roku, Fire TV and Sony Bravia, paired with a small server you run on your own computer.
